Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using our platform. By using Bitiness, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. 1. Acceptance of Terms
By interacting with Bitiness, including but not limited to browsing, trading, or using any smart contracts or features provided, you confirm that you:

2. Decentralized Nature
Bitiness operates without intermediaries or custodians. All transactions are executed via smart contracts on the BNB Chain. Users are solely responsible for their wallet security and private keys. We do not have access to your assets, keys, or funds.
3. User Responsibilities
As a user of Bitiness, you agree to:
Use the platform for lawful purposes only.
Abide by all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.
Not use Bitiness for activities involving fraud, money laundering, financing of terrorism, or other illicit activities.
Ensure you understand how decentralized exchanges and blockchain work.
4. Smart Contracts and Risk Acknowledgement
All interactions with Bitiness involve smart contracts, which are self-executing and immutable. You understand and accept that:

Bitiness is non-custodial — we never hold or control user funds. We do not offer:

Guarantees of returns or performance of tokens.
Responsibility for listing or delisting tokens — all tokens are traded at users’ own risk.
6. Token Listings and Third-Party Projects
Bitiness allows trading of various tokens which may be created or controlled by third parties. We do not endorse, vet, or verify:
The legitimacy of tokens listed on the platform.
The performance or security of any project or dApp.
Any claims or representations made by token creators.
You are responsible for conducting your own research (DYOR).

The Bitiness platform, logo, content, and associated technologies are the property of Bitiness or its licensors. You may not:
Reproduce, copy, or distribute content without permission.
Use Bitiness branding in a misleading or unauthorized way.
